And then, this short list to make sure you have everything you need for your Sella descent.<\/p>\n<h2>What do you need to bring?<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cor-card\">\n<ul class=\"cor-list\">\n<li>Swimsuit or clothes that can get wet; avoid cotton, which takes a long time to dry.<\/li>\n<li>Wear footwear that fits snugly and can get wet (closed sandals or water shoes). Open sandals will slip off in the water and offer no protection from the pebbles.<\/li>\n<li>T-shirt to protect you from the sun<\/li>\n<li>Sunscreen and sunglasses tied together with tape<\/li>\n<li>Hat and towel to dry off or sit on the shore<\/li>\n<li>Dry clothes to change into when you finish<\/li>\n<li>For cool days (spring and autumn), a raincoat or light windbreaker.<\/li>\n<li>Food and drink for the day (must fit in the approximately 24L watertight container)<\/li>\n<li>Cash for the beach bars along the Sella<\/li>\n<li>Mobile phone for taking photos, protected in the watertight container<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2>What do we contribute?<\/h2>\n<p>Don&#039;t carry extra gear: at Canoas Oriente we provide all the equipment for the activity. Self-bailing and anti-capsizing canoe, paddle, <strong>life jacket<\/strong> (mandatory use), <strong>airtight container<\/strong> for your belongings, and an explanation of basic techniques and safety procedures before heading out. At our facilities in Arriondas you have <strong>changing rooms, free lockers and hot showers<\/strong> for the end.<\/p>\n<p>And if you forget something, in our <strong>departure point store<\/strong> You&#039;ll find water shoes, caps, waterproof mobile phone cases, cold drinks, Asturian cider and local products to prepare your picnic, all at affordable prices.<\/p>\n<h2>If your booking is online<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cor-tip\">On the day of the activity, bring your <strong>ticket<\/strong> (printed or on screen) next to the <strong>ID card<\/strong> from the person in whose name the reservation was made. If you booked by phone or in person, you can pay just before starting, in cash or by card.<\/div>\n<h2>Are you going with children or with your pet?<\/h2>\n<p>Canyoning is an ideal family activity.
