Currently<strong> There are 5 beach bars<\/strong> legal on the Sella river where you can buy drinks or snacks and stop along the way to enjoy nature.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b style=\"color: #000000;\">The Sella beach bars are located BEFORE the NUEVO TORA\u00d1O stop. This means that if you&#039;re going to party, this is the stop for you. If you haven&#039;t stopped at Nuevo Tora\u00f1o by 3 p.m., you won&#039;t be able to complete the 16 km route due to time constraints and risk a fine from the CHC (Children&#039;s Hospital). We recommend you plan ahead.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It&#039;s important to keep in mind that we&#039;re in a natural environment, and the beach bars are temporary facilities that meet the requirements of the Ministry of the Environment and local councils. That&#039;s why they&#039;re very simple and basic. Most are designed to provide refreshments for those who&#039;ve forgotten to buy food or drinks to spend the day descending the Sella.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>If you want to get your hands on 100% Asturian cider, you can load it into your canoe and take it chilled at our riverside shop \ud83d\ude42<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>BUT WHERE ARE THE SELLA BEACH BARS?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You&#039;ll find the first beach bars very close to the Arriondas exit. 800 meters from the Arriondas Bridge, you&#039;ll find the Riverland beach bar, and 2 kilometers further on, you&#039;ll find one on the left bank, El Oasis and El Prau.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In 1 km more, in Triongo, you will be able to find two more almost in a row on your right, EL BOSQUE and LA MEDIANA.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In 4 more km, <strong>past the Tora\u00f1o Bridge<\/strong> and at the 3pm stop you will have the TORA\u00d1O, but be careful because it usually has a lot of canoe traffic, especially at midday.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">From here you will not find any supplies since the Cuevas farm, the Piedramala Farm, has closed to the public this year 2024.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In summary:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">List of beach bars 2025<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&gt; 0 KM ARRIONDAS BRIDGE<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2013 Riverland<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2013 The Oasis<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2013 The Prau<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2013 The Forest<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2013 The Median<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&gt; 8 KM NUEVO TORA\u00d1O STOP (stop here if it&#039;s 3 p.m., as you won&#039;t have time to reach the end)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2013 Tora\u00f1o Bridge\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2013 Piedramala Estate<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&gt;&gt; 16 KM RAINY END (arrive before 5:30 p.m.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you want to do the Sella Descent you can <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.canoasoriente.com\/en\/reservas-descenso-del-sella\/\">Book with us to go canoeing in a single, double or triple boat<\/a> if you come with children.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Sella Descent is a recreational and sporting activity, in which you will perform physical exercise. We recommend a balanced diet appropriate to the effort you will be putting in. Bring fruit, chocolate, cereal bars and snacks, water and soft drinks in your sealed container.<strong> Do not consume alcohol as it is harmful to the physical activity you are doing.<\/strong> If you forget anything, we have special packages for Sella descents at our establishment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Finally, <strong>Be responsible with your waste.
